1. What is EduEx?
EduEx is a mobile app that allows you to securely pay your educational fees.
2. How do I register?
Download the EduEx app, create an account using your email and phone number and provide
the required student or institutional details .
3. What personal information does EduEx collect?
- — Name, email, phone number, student ID and admission documents
- — Transaction history for fee payments
- — Device location only during payments for security
- — Contact info only if voluntarily shared
4. How is my personal information protected?
- — Data is stored securely and encrypted.
- — EduEx follows Indian data protection laws (IT Act 2000 & related rules).
- — Only authorized personnel can access your information.
5. How do priority-based payments work?
EduEx offers three priority levels for processing payments:
- — Same Day: Processed within the same business day.
- — Next Day: Processed within 1 business day.
- — Standard: Processed within 2 business days.
The applicable convenience fee for each priority level is displayed before confirming your
payment.
6. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are possible if a payment is canceled before confirmation or if the institution cannot
process it. Refunds are processed within 15 working days, with deductions for taxes, gateway
fees, and a 1% refund charge
7. Who can use EduEx?
Individuals aged 13 years or older. Users under the legal age should use the app under
parental or guardian supervision.
