EduEx is an Educational Technology (EdTech) platform where learners can enroll in training programs, purchase courses, and access required learning tools. The app provides a secure and seamless way for students to make payments directly to EduEx for course-related services.
2. How can I pay my course or training fee through EduEx?
To make a payment:
- Open the EduEx app and select the Education or Course option.
- Enter the required student details and select the appropriate course or training option
- You will be redirected to the secure payment gateway
- Choose your preferred payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card) and complete the payment
3. What types of fees can be paid through EduEx?
EduEx allows learners to make payments for:
- Course enrolment fees
- Training program fees
- Learning tools or resources linked to the course
4. What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails due to bank or network issues, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 bank working days, depending on the bank’s processing timelines.
5. Can I cancel a payment or request a refund?
To request refund support, please contact EduEx Support.
Applicable deductions may include:
- Payment gateway charges
- Platform charges
- 1% refund processing charge
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within standard banking timelines.
6. Are my payment and card detail secure?
Yes. EduEx uses a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway with SSL encryption to ensure secure processing of all transactions. EduEx does not store any sensitive payment or card details.
